Is there anything you want to contact me to talk about? Counselling can be a daunting prospect, especially if you have never been to counselling before. I want to make you as comfortable and confident about the counselling process as possible, since you will find counselling much more effective if your doubt and anxieties have been put to rest.

Is this confidential?

Are you worried about sharing something private? Anyone who contacts me about counselling is covered by my Privacy Policy, even if they never end up being my client. This means that I will not share any details of your contact with third parties.
